The Tuscan garlic "Aglione della Chiana" is a variety of garlic grown in the Val Di Chiana area. It differs from ordinary garlic in its significantly larger size, its finer aroma and its high digestibility, which has given it the name "garlic of the kiss" or "garlic of lovers", as it has no unpleasant effects on the breath.
Its consistency is rich and creamy and its aroma is delicate and enveloping. Ideal with any type of pasta, although we recommend the pici.
