My name is BARZOTTO,

I was born in the Ligurian inland at the home of “Origine Liquori
Vallebormida”, through a selection of the best ingredients typical of our region, but with some
influences of overseas ingredients.


INGREDIENTS:
Organic wheat alcohol, Italian beet sugar,
aromatic caramel, DOP Genoese basil, sage, organic mint, barley,
Chinotto (Savona Slow Food presidium), Bourbon vanilla pods,
natural aromas, in mineral water from the Rocciaviva San Bernardo spring.


PRODUCTION:
After a 30-day maceration of the ingredients into a room temperature blend
composed of mineral water and organic alcohol, I am filtered and left to rest for 15 days;
Once bottled, I wait a further 10 days
for the molecular recomposition of the aromas to occur and finally be ready
to be appreciated.


A UNIQUE AND NEW TASTE:
The delicate hints of cereals given by the fusion between the barley, the herbaceous notes of
basil, sage and the characteristic vanilla scent stand out on the nose.
Mint brings freshness, together with the unmistakable citrus notes of the Savona chinotto.
