Citrusy, Fine, Vivace
An intriguing invitation to the party. Important acidity, good persistence, fine perlage, since the first harvest in 1986 the Blanc De Blanc Anna Botti has been a joyful expression of bubbles, sharing a happy moment.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.

Vinification: After a scrupulous qualitative selection of the bunches, the grapes in small crates are taken to the cellar for immediate pressing. The must obtained ferments in steel and wood, at a controlled temperature of 16°C and is refined on "noble lees" throughout the winter. In spring, cutting is also carried out with old vintages, bottling and second fermentation; the bottles then remain lying down for a second refinement lasting a minimum of approximately 24 months, in contact with the yeasts. This is followed by the remuage operation on the pupitres, then the disgorgement. Before marketing, the wine is refined in the bottle, in an air-conditioned environment, for approximately six months.

Colour: straw yellow color of medium intensity with delicate greenish hints, thin, abundant and continuous perlage.

Aroma: very clean scent, immediately highlights fragrant white flowers such as elderberry and jasmine, grapefruit peel and candied ginger, followed by aromatic herbs such as wild fennel and mint with a slightly balsamic and spicy pepper finish white.

Mouth: excellent tension and dynamism on the palate; creamy effervescence, well-balanced salinity and freshness give an interesting balance. The sip is satisfying, tasty and fine.

Serving temperature: to be served at 5-7°C in a medium-sized and rather slender glass.
