Initially, the Panforte was prepared in the Retrobottega delle Spezierie, where the recipe provided for the use of expensive spices.

Fiore 1827 was born as a pharmacy and space, and it is from the historic headquarters in via Garibaldi that traditional formulas originate. The company constantly seeks innovation within the production processes without betraying its origins. This, combined with the careful search for raw materials, led Fiore 1827 to be an excellence in the creation of typical Tuscan products, becoming one of the few companies in the Sienese territory to receive three IGP brands for its flagship products.

Fiore 1827 è stato selezionato dal Gambero Rosso tra le migliori produzioni Made in Italy e inserito nella Top Italian Food Guide 2023. Il prodotto più premiato è il Panforte Margherita.

Fiore 1827 pone al centro dell'attenzione il sapere tramandato dagli speziali senesi. Forse non lo sapevi, ma in realtà il Panforte inizialmente veniva preparato nei retrobottega delle spezierie. L'azienda infatti nasce inizialmente come farmacia e spaccio di spezie, per poi evolversi fino a diventare una delle aziende dolciarie più apprezzate della cucina senese.

Dal 1400 i Ricciarelli hanno trovato posto sulle tavole più sontuose d'Italia e di Francia, e grazie a questa azienda italiana potranno trovare posto anche sulla vostra tavola, per concludere in grande stile un pranzo reale.
